My Fitness Journey

I started my journey in 2019. 

I fell in love with high intensity interval training (HIIT) when I first moved to LA.

But I started at a low point. I was basically starving myself and doing 2 HIIT workouts a day to stay thin and lean. I wasn’t in control, my body dysmorphia was. I decided enough is enough. I wanted to get stronger and get my body back. 

I began training and learning as much as I could about nutrition and fitness. I started putting in the hours and the training that my body needed to get stronger. I worked on full body strength with a focus on booty gains (because who doesn’t want a nice booty).

My HIIT studio took me on as a coach because of how technical (and energetic) I was! I trained and became a certified personal trainer. I began doing one on one personal training and HIIT sessions with private clients. I have loved every moment of working with my clients and watching them reach their goals. 

We all have goals. My goal was to get stronger, to be more confident. I went from an unhealthy 95 lbs to a healthy 130 lbs. I still struggle with body dysmorphia, but I’m recovering and healing every day.

All I can do is be better and stronger than I was yesterday, and I challenge you to do the same. Let’s get fit.
